Observe.AI expands its leadership team with key VP hires in finance, demand generation

Subhash Tibrewal and Brandee Sanders bring fresh expertise and leadership to fuel Observe.AI’s continued growth

SAN FRANCISCO -- April 26, 2022 -- Observe.AI, an Intelligent Workforce Platform that transforms contact centers through AI, today announced two new leadership team members to guide and support the company’s next phase of growth: Subhash Tibrewal as Vice President of Finance and Brandee Sanders as Vice President of Demand Generation.

 

Tibrewal and Sanders join the Observe.AI team on the heels of a record fiscal year of growth and momentum, which includes the company raising $125 million in the largest-ever Series C round for contact center AI, led by Softbank Vision Fund 2.

 

Subhash Tibrewal, Vice President of Finance

Tibrewal brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategy, and operations. Most recently, Tibrewal served as Head of Finance for cloud video conferencing platform BlueJeans by Verizon, where he was instrumental in scaling the company from 0 to $100 million+ ARR and in driving the company’s nearly $500 million sale to Verizon. Tibrewal is a Chartered Accountant in India and CPA in the US, and began his career at Chemtex International in Bangalore before taking on roles at SAB Miller and Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Limited.

Sanders is an award-winning marketing technologist with a background in leading teams in high-growth environments from startup through IPO. Her experience includes accelerating revenue growth with fintech company BlackLine to a successful IPO, developing omnichannel go-to-market demand generation strategies, and leading cross-partner collaborations alongside companies such as Sony Music, Etsy, Gartner, G2, Sirius Decisions, Nasdaq, and Inc.
