Today, we’re excited to announce channel veteran Michael Cibelli is joining Observe.AI as Vice President of Channel Sales.
Cibelli brings over 25 years in channel and direct sales and marketing, strategic partnerships and alliances, and business development for enterprise cloud-based solutions. He will lead Observe.AI’s channel sales strategy and accelerate go-to-market motion for its partners.

Prior to joining Observe.AI, Cibelli served as Vice President of Channels, North America at 8x8, where he was responsible for driving $40.5 million in annual recurring revenue and secured over 75 new partnerships during his tenure. After spending 25 years at Avaya as Director of National Business Partners, Channel Sales, and President of Avaya Canada, Cibelli held senior roles in channel and direct sales at Zailab, BlueJeans by Verizon, Oracle, and ShoreTel.
